SALES HEAD

Position Summary :

Business strategist who develops annual sales plan, customer analysis, marketing focus and identification of growth opportunities to achieve the revenue targets for the organization.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities :

  1. Coordinate sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes to proactively monitor and strive to maintain sales process consistency.
  2. Achievement of sales, profit, and strategic objectives for the business.
  3. Planning, strategizing and target setting for accomplishment of monthly team targets
  4. Monitor the assigned sales team’s compliance for maintaining CRM
  5. Monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales team
  6. Recommend revisions to existing reports, or assists in the development of new reporting tools as required
  7. Provide input to senior leadership in the development and administration of sales
  8. Direct and support the consistent implementation of company initiatives
  9. Build peer support and strong internal-company relationships
  10. Achievement of strategic objectives defined by management

Knowledge, Skills and abilities required :

  1. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  2. Proven Managerial Skills & Exceptional objection handling capabilities
  3. Proven experience in leading sales teams

Qualification and Experience required :

Bachelors or Masters in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or equivalent. Prior experience of 5 to 7 years’ in manufacturing or engineering industry preferred. Required relevant experience of team management capability to provide advisory/thought leadership to both internal and external clients

SALES EXECUTIVE

Position Summary :

To play a vital part in business development and revenue generation by identifying prospective clients for increase in sales revenue

Principal Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Identify leads for new business opportunities to achieve sales target
  • Managing and interpreting customer requirements
  • Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
  • Handle objections raised by the leads
  • Regular follow up with clients for timely collection of payments
  • Maintain effective after sales relations with client company
  • Maintain CRM, Sales MIS and timely report generation
  • Establishing new, and maintaining existing relationships with customers
  • To handle confidential information and company asset/property with tact & discretion.

Knowledge, Skills and abilities required :

  1. Sales Flair
  2. Good Communication Convincing & Negotiation Skills
  3. Ability to analyze and suggest ideas for process improvement

Qualification and Experience required :

Preferred Engineering Graduate – Degree / Diploma (Any Discipline) Non-engineering graduates having hardcore sales experience with engineering/manufacturing industry of 1 year plus, also preferred.

Remuneration will commensurate to market standards
